MadeInAP ("the Platform", "we") is a B2B manufacturing discovery platform for Andhra Pradesh, India. We help buyers discover manufacturers, suppliers, and industries, and help companies present their capabilities. MadeInAP is not a seller, marketplace, or reseller: we do not sell goods, process payments between buyers and suppliers, take commissions on transactions, or act as an agent for any party. All commercial dealings occur directly between buyers and suppliers at their own discretion and risk.
To improve manufacturer discovery, we may create basic company profiles using publicly available business information, such as company name, industry, location, and registration details from government and public business registries. Such profiles are clearly labelled as "Unclaimed" and do not display verification badges or trust scores until the company claims and verifies ownership. We do not copy proprietary content (descriptions, photographs, brochures) from third-party websites.
A company may claim its profile through our "Claim Your Company" process. Ownership is verified using business identifiers (such as GST number) and manual review by our team. Upon approval, profile ownership transfers to the verified claimant, who may then manage company information, logo, products, images, contact details, and certifications. Submitting a fraudulent claim is prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action. We may revoke ownership if verification is later found to be false.
If any information on a profile is inaccurate or outdated, the company owner may correct it directly after claiming the profile, or any authorised representative may request a correction by writing to info@madeinap.com. We aim to process correction requests within 7 business days.
A company owner or authorised representative may request removal of their business profile by contacting info@madeinap.com with proof of association with the business. Upon verification we will remove the profile from public view within a reasonable period, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
All trademarks, brand names, and logos remain the property of their respective owners; their appearance on the Platform does not imply endorsement. Content uploaded by claimed companies must be owned by them or used with permission. If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright or trademark, notify us at info@madeinap.com with details of the work, the infringing material's location, and your contact information; we will review and act promptly, including removal where appropriate.
You agree not to post false or misleading information, impersonate another business, scrape or bulk-extract platform data, send spam through inquiry systems, or use the Platform for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Information on the Platform is provided "as is" for discovery purposes. While we encourage verification and review, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any profile, and we are not a party to, or liable for, any transaction, negotiation, or dispute between buyers and suppliers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you (if any) for platform services.
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of India with jurisdiction in Andhra Pradesh. Questions: info@madeinap.com.
